What exactly do I receive in the kit?

This is a DIY paper craft kit.
You will receive a high-quality printed template that you cut, fold, glue, and assemble according to the included instructions to build your own 3D model.Creating it is part of the fun — the process is relaxing, creative, and highly satisfying.
Crafting Tools Needed (Not Included)

You will need basic crafting tools that most households already have:

  • Scissors or craft knife
  • Ruler
  • Scoring tool or awl (optional but helpful)
  • Glue (PVA/white craft glue recommended)
  • Small brush for applying glue (optional)

The kit itself includes all printed pieces needed to complete the sculptur
Customization

The model can be painted or customized in any color you like.
If you want a specific custom color or finish, please add a note during checkout or contact our customer service team before shipping.
Instructions

A full set of step-by-step instructions is included with the kit.
If you get stuck at any step, simply contact us — our support team is always happy to help.
Are the kits difficult to assemble?

Our kits are designed to be fun, relaxing, and surprisingly simple.

Each piece is pre-cut and pre-folded — you just fold along the lines and glue the tabs.

Difficulty levels vary by model:

  • ⭐ Easy
  • ⭐⭐ Moderate
  • ⭐⭐⭐ Advanced (but still doable!)

Perfect for beginners and hobbyists alike.
How long does assembly take?

Most models take between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on complexity.
Larger sculptures may take longer, but the process is enjoyable and meditative.
What material are the products made of?

All URBANFOLDS products use premium thick art paper (250–300gsm) OR Cardboard, eco-friendly, durable, and designed to hold shape beautifully.

Do the paper models last long?

Absolutely. When assembled correctly, they are sturdy, solid, and long-lasting.

How do I hang the wall art?

All wall pieces come with included mounting options, typically:

  • sticky pads
  • lightweight hooks
  • or invisible thread (for masks)

Everything is designed to be apartment-friendly and easy to remove.
Can the masks be worn?

Yes — many URBANFOLDS masks can be worn for photoshoots, cosplay, events, or parties.
However, they are primarily designed as decorative art pieces.
Can I paint or customize the models?

Yes! Customers often:

  • paint them

🔁 RETURNS & SUPPORT
What is the return policy?

Unused and unassembled kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Kits must be in original packaging.
What if my kit arrives damaged or missing pieces?

We’ll replace it immediately, no questions asked.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes — unused kits can be exchanged for a different design within 30 days.
